JHFC series intelligent capacitors take two (△ type) or one (Y type) low-voltage power capacitors as the main body, and adopt microelectronic software and hardware technology, micro sensing technology, micro network technology and electrical manufacturing technology to make them intelligent, miniaturized and modular. Action principle of each component

1. MCU intelligent measurement and control part

2. Zero crossing switching synchronous switch technology based on mechanical contact

3. Low voltage power capacitor

The low-voltage power capacitor in the product adopts the self-healing low-voltage parallel compensation capacitor, and the progressive thickened zinc aluminum metallized polypropylene film is used as the dielectric in the capacitor, which has high stability and reliability. Among capacitors of the same brand, the larger a single capacitor is, the longer its core element is and the thicker its diameter is. The length of the element leads to the increase of resistance loss. If the element is thick, the area of the end conductive layer is large and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the element is increased, which makes the conductive layer easier to separate from the electrode plate. Therefore, the reliability of using a single high-capacity capacitor in parallel is not as high as using a small capacity capacitor, and the switching stages of the capacitor can also be effectively increased. At the same time, the built-in temperature sensor of the capacitor reflects the internal heating degree of the capacitor under the conditions of overvoltage, over harmonic, large leakage flow and high ambient temperature, so as to realize over-temperature protection.

There is no inrush current when closing, realizing capacitor voltage zero crossing input and current zero crossing removal. Synchronous switching can avoid switching overvoltage, no overvoltage breakdown, no arcing and reignition.

It can be compensated in an appropriate way, with perfect control functions, complete functions and good performance. It can also be configured with a variety of peripherals to meet different customer needs.

The product has complete measurement and protection functions, including temperature in the control room, harmonic content of the power grid, open phase, three-phase imbalance, etc.

The product can be used by multiple building blocks. When in use, the main machine is automatically generated, and the rest are slaves, forming a reactive power automatic control system. Individual faults automatically exit from the slave machine, which does not affect the work of other machines. If the host fails, it will automatically exit, generate a new host, form a new system, and work with a high degree of intelligence.
