1. Wiring according to the drawing, first of all, before wiring, you must carefully read the drawing and fully understand the designer's intention, rather than wiring according to personal so-called rich experience. If you find any ambiguity or contradiction, you should contact the designer for confirmation until there is no error, and then wiring construction.
2. The wiring sequence should be clear, the process simple and inspectable. This one can do very little in practice. It's basically done once the thread is connected and the box is covered.
3. Learn more wiring skills and be good at using professional tools flexibly. For example:
Q: [when we make PLC cabinet, there are many wiring boards and terminals, which will become loose and burr if not handled properly. Whether to strip the wire directly and press it in, or use pins, or stick tin.]
A: -- single core wires are directly pressed after peeling, and multi-core wires use cold pressed terminals, which are not recommended to be tinned;
Q: [when there are many PLC expansion modules, how to deal with the wiring of the common end and the power supply end? Is it directly connected to the next module through the terminal on each PLC module in parallel, or is it connected to the terminal and shorted on the terminal strip?]
A: -- we maintain the equipment on site. We hope that the power supply will be introduced into the user points respectively after the short circuit is distributed on the terminal (use the wire number tube or mark on the terminal to indicate the place), so that it is intuitive and clear, and the mutual influence is small. We don't want to go from one point to another, and we don't want to connect more than two wires under one terminal. For the power terminal strip, I like to use the terminal with fuse or the one that can be disconnected between the upper and lower terminals, which is very convenient to find short-circuit faults.
