The PLC control cabinet has the maintenance functions of overload, short circuit and phase failure maintenance. It has compact structure, stable operation and complete function. It can be combined according to the actual control scale, which can not only complete the automatic control of a single cabinet, but also complete the distributed control (DSC) system composed of multiple cabinets through industrial Ethernet or industrial fieldbus network. PLC cabinet control cabinet can be used to industrial automation control occasions of various sizes. It is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, papermaking, environmental protection and sewage treatment.
1. Air switch: a general air switch, which is the power control of the whole cabinet. Every cabinet must have something.
2. PLC: this should be selected according to the needs of the project. For example, if the project is small, it can be an integrated PLC directly, but if the project is relatively large, it may need modules, card type, and redundancy (that is, two sets of replacement applications).
3. 24VDC power supply: a 24VDC switching power supply. Most PLCs have their own 24VDC power supply. Whether to use this switching power supply depends on whether it is really needed.
4. Relay: generally, PLC can directly send instructions to the control circuit, but it may also be transferred by the relay first. For example, if your PLC output port is powered by 24VDC, but the diagram drawn in your control circuit requires the node supplied by the PLC to be 220VAC, then you must add a relay to the PLC output port, that is, when the command is announced, the relay acts, but then let the node of the control circuit connect to the normally open or normally closed point of the relay. It is also based on the situation to choose whether to use the relay.
5. Wiring terminal: this must be an essential thing for every cabinet. It can be configured according to the number of signals. If it's just a simple PLC control cabinet, you need these things at all. If you need other things in your control cabinet, add them according to the situation. For example, you may have to supply power to the appearance of some sites or small control boxes, and you may have to add the number of air switches. Maybe if you want to connect the PLC to the upper computer, you may need to add a switch or something. It depends on the situation.
