Description of main control functions of constant temperature and humidity control cabinet

1. Fan control: linkage with forced draft fan to monitor the start and stop status;
2. Fan frequency conversion control: according to the wind speed sensor or indoor static pressure, control the speed of frequency conversion motor to keep the air supply constant;
3. Cold water valve, hot water valve (electric heating), humidification valve (humidifier): automatically adjust the opening of the valve according to the return temperature and humidity to maintain a constant temperature and humidity in the clean room. When the temperature signal is inconsistent with the humidity signal, humidity control takes priority; When the fan is in the shutdown state, all valves will be closed;
4. Filter differential pressure alarm: according to the primary and intermediate efficiency differential pressure switches, the alarm will be given when the initial effective differential pressure is greater than 100Pa, and the alarm will be given when the intermediate effective differential pressure is greater than 200Pa;
5. Monitoring function: fresh air temperature, supply air temperature, return air temperature and humidity, chilled water inlet and outlet temperature, supply air speed, fan start and stop, and differential pressure monitoring of junior high efficiency filter screen;
6. Remote monitoring: optional remote monitoring and control function;
7. Air conditioner fire linkage control: the fire damper of the air conditioner supply and return main pipe is interlocked with the air conditioner, the fire damper is off, and the air conditioner is off;
8. Optional remote temperature and humidity setting function
