The on-line intelligent soft start controller takes the advanced microprocessor as the core, applies the advanced software design method and hardware technology, and adopts the thyristor phase shift technology to realize the soft start and soft stop functions of AC asynchronous motor. At the same time, it has many protection functions such as phase failure, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, overload, three-phase imbalance, short circuit and so on.
The soft starter covers 7.5kW ~ 500kW, with reliable quality and good electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It can be widely used in heavy-duty equipment such as fans, water pumps, ball mills, crushers, conveyors and compressors. It is an ideal replacement product for decompression starting equipment such as star delta conversion, self coupling decompression, magnetic control decompression, etc.

This soft starter adopts online operation mode. The operation mode of bypass contactor can also be selected through the dial switch.
The three-phase switching power supply is used for power supply, with a wide voltage working range. The 24V power output control of the cooling fan can stabilize the voltage and constant speed.
It has the output function of thyristor short-circuit protection, controls the tripping of circuit breaker and cuts off the main circuit. Using high-performance single-chip microcomputer and digital logic control technology, it has strong anti-interference ability. Starting parameters can be flexibly set according to different loads to obtain current curve and torque control characteristics.
It provides a smooth and gradual starting process for the motor, reduces the impact of starting current on the power grid, reduces the vibration and noise of equipment, prolongs the service life of mechanical transmission system, and improves the working environment of workers.
The starting current can be adjusted according to the load to reduce the starting loss.
There is no phase sequence requirement for the input power supply.
It can be set as free parking and soft parking, and the soft parking time can be adjusted. It comes with standard RS485 interface and Modbus protocol.
